Environmental Investigations

Our Associate is a trained Hydrologist with degrees in Geology and Ground Water Hydrology. He conducts investigations and provides expert reports, witness testimony, and technical and cost evaluations for a wide variety of environmental contamination issues, including hazardous, nuclear, and solid waste site exposure problems.  He is highly trained and experienced in pollution occurrence, control, and cleanup; litigation support and dispute settlement assistance; and risk communication, community relations, and technical support. He has been accepted as an expert witness and technical expert by several courts.

His technical experience includes: Innovative/Expedited Site Characterization • Removal and Containment Action • In-situ Treatment and Bioremediation • Stabilization, Ground Water and Soil Vapor Extraction • Monitored Natural Attenuation.

He has assisted a variety of clients on numerous projects involving environmental contamination and toxic torts, to include: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission • Browning Ferris Industries • Booz Allen & Hamilton • ENVIRON Corporation • Woodward Clyde Federal Services • The U.S. Department of Justice • The Delaware Department of Natural Resources • The District of Columbia Department of Health • EPA Superfund Sites • Army, Navy and Air Force installations • The DOEʼs Brookhaven National Laboratory.
